Before leaving for the South Pacific, a friend sent me a pair of silk pants from China. I was in heaven. Sitting nine hours on the plane was much more comfortable in raw silk. I could move freely, and my legs could breathe. I find myself in them all the time. Perfect for exercise, sitting, or walking and most importantly, silk seems to adjust with the body’s natural energy (chi) providing comfort in both hot and cold climates.
